Sandly Sandhu, Registered Nurse and Nursing Coach with Bachelor of Nursing Sciences (2010) and Master’s degree in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing (2013). She is currently registered with College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in Canada with title “Registered Nurse” and have been associated with Western University in London, Ontario (Arthur Labatt Family School of Nursing) as Lecturer as well as practiced nursing in clinical setting with St. Joseph health care organization. Before she moved to Canada, she worked as Nursing tutor in College of Nursing, Government Medical College and Hospital, Chandigarh. Prior to that she worked as a member of Crisis Intervention team with Department of Psychiatry in Government Medical College and Hospital, Chandigarh too. Her specialty in Mental health helps her to connect with nursing aspirants easily. This helps her to understand how this challenging process of nursing registration impacts the international nurses and enables us to help them make their journey smoother and hassle free
